Firefighters, police, and emergency medical services assist us in emergency and critical life situations. By leveraging technological innovations to improve efficiency, adapting to new requirements, and utilizing growing data sources for decision support and subsequent assistance, they successfully achieve these goals.  <\/p>\n<p>The proposed solution combines the dispatching of technical resources for critical communication, situational awareness, and inter-agency communication. It ensures critical communication within dispatch centers and enables the selection and deployment of the most suitable communication tools from a single point to resolve incidents.
