The entire system is designed to allow the handling of communication lines by groups of operators, providing them with a full overview of the incoming queue status and complete control over individual calls. <\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to enable the operator to focus on the core of their work (resolving crisis situations) and not lose valuable seconds searching for information or struggling with
