The entire system is designed to allow groups of operators to manage communication lines, providing them with a full overview of the incoming queue status and complete control over individual calls. Our goal is to enable the operator to focus on the core of their work (resolving crisis situations) without losing precious seconds searching for information or struggling with technology in situations where human lives or property are at stake.  <\/p>\n<p>The solution is scalable, and the console can operate as a standalone terminal or as part of larger dispatch solutions. The dispatch terminal is designed as an industrial PC with a touchscreen, equipped with a handset, external microphone, speakers, and a wired or wireless headset.
